Refund policy

We want every visit to CREATIVE to feel easy and fun. Because most of what we offer is a hands-on experience or a piece made just for you, here's how refunds work.

Paint-your-own pottery: Once a piece has been painted, it's yours. Painted pieces can't be returned or refunded.

Clay classes and courses: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your first class for a refund. After that, classes can't be refunded. Missed a class? You can make it up in another session of the same course, if there's space.

Birthday and private parties: A $50 deposit holds your date and goes toward your balance on party day. Deposits are non-refundable, but if something comes up we're happy to reschedule or give store credit.

Gift cards: Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.
