Join CREATIVE Clay at Uptown Exchange for a cozy fall morning of clay, coffee, and creativity!

In this beginner-friendly handbuilding workshop, you’ll create your very own functional pumpkin-inspired mug from clay perfect for coffee, cider, hot chocolate, and all your favorite fall drinks.

We’ll guide you step by step as you build and shape your mug by hand, then add the details that make your pumpkin mug completely your own. No clay experience is needed!

And because every good fall morning needs a cozy drink, your ticket also includes a drink from Still Waters Cafe inside Uptown Exchange to enjoy while you create. ☕🍂

After the Workshop

Leave your finished mug with us and we’ll take it back to CREATIVE Clay to complete the drying, glazing, and firing process. Your mug will be kiln-fired, glazed in the color of your choice, and fired again to give it a beautiful, functional finish.

Finished pieces are typically ready for pickup in 3–5 weeks. We’ll send you a message as soon as your mug is ready to take home and enjoy!

An ideal project for adults and young adults! However, we advise against participation for those under 12 years of age.

Registration is a Must:
To secure your spot in this workshop, registration is required. Please note that each session will be limited to a maximum of 10 participants, so don't wait too long to sign up!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Class registrations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. If you’re unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another available class or date. All transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled class. Requests made within 7 days of the class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a transfer, refund, or studio credit. Thank you for understanding! Because our classes have limited seating, your registration reserves a spot specifically for you.

Tardiness Policy
There are a lot of steps involved the process of creating pottery; for that reason, we are unable to catch up students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their class. Tardy students are not eligible to move their class to a later date.
