Our beginner classes are 6 sessions, starting with an introduction and basics of centering, opening, pulling walls, preparing your piece for firing by trimming, and then glazing.
All artwork must be picked up within a month of pickup date. In not picked up it will be donated or discarded.
Please Note: There will be no class on October 28th.

Our wheel courses are paced for and primarily booked with adults, we do allow ages as young as 12 and older, but ask that you visit us first if booking anyone into a class below the age of 16 to ensure that it is a good fit for them.

*This is in our upstairs studio so you will be required to climb stairs.

To secure your spot in this workshop, registration is required. Please note that each session will be limited to a maximum of 4 participants, so don't wait too long to sign up!
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, we get that! If you won’t be able to attend the class you signed up for, reschedule your class with the studio. Unfortunately, we cannot provide credit for a no call no show, and all changes must be submitted 48 hours prior to the class date.
Tardiness Policy
There are a lot of steps involved the process of creating pottery; for that reason, we are unable to catch up students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their class. Tardy students are not eligible to move their class to a later date.
| Clay, Tools, Supplies | All clay tools and supplies are provided, please just come wearing comfortable clothes you are okay getting clay on. Some darker clays may stain, but our class clay typically comes out in the wash. Please note class clay is for studio use only. |

After the 48 hour period, or if your class has started, we are unable to offer these two options, for any reason including COVID, illness, injury or unexpected travel. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us here. Classes are offered in 6 week blocks and we are not able to separate the individual sessions. |
| Missing a Class |
The first class is foundational to the entire series; we strongly recommend that if you are unable to attend the first class that you consider joining us for another month when you can attend them in sequence. For the other classes, if you are unable to attend or miss a week, you can make it up by attending another regularly scheduled session. Please email us to confirm availability. |

OPEN STUDIO
Once you have taken a wheel lesson or weekly pottery class and feel comfortable using the studio independently you are welcome to start utilizing our open studio hours.
