Pricing Details
The Party price covers all the required bisque pieces, clear-glazing, kiln-firing, sorting, and packaging of your finished pieces. They'll be ready for pick up at a scheduled date, typically within about a week.
Event Time & Seating Capacity
Your family gets a 2-hour window for the party. You're welcome to bring your own cake and drinks. Typically, the kids enjoy painting and creating during the first hour, and the second hour can be reserved for cake, pizza, or gift-opening. We schedule 2-hour parties for any start time, subject to our availability. You'll have access to our studio space for your event, with seating for a total of 20 guests. Please note that we don't have stroller parking, as our studio is cozy. If you'd like additional time, you can purchase it in 30-minute increments at $50 each.
Deposit
To secure your time slot, a $50 deposit is required and can be paid over the phone with a credit card or in person if you prefer. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We're flexible, though, so if something comes up, we're happy to reschedule with you or provide store credit if you need to cancel or postpone your event. If you have a small group and still wish to paint with us, we can upgrade your pieces to meet our minimum.
Food & Catering
Our parties are designed for families to bring their own pre-purchased paper goods, catering, and refreshments. Popular choices include drinks, snacks, and pizza, but you can also consider options from local restaurant favorites. There is a wonderful restaurant next door (Marely's) which serves pizza and lots of other foods.
WE offer coffee, lemonades, smoothies, dirty sodas, and upon request we can provide drinks by the gallon, custom cakes and cupcakes.
We do not provide food service handling or party goods, so prepare as if you're going on a picnic and bring all of your supplies. Please note that we don't have public refrigeration, so consider bringing a small cooler for ice service for your beverages. To keep things tidy, we kindly request no piñatas or bursting party favors with confetti or glitter. We do ask that you clean up after your party anything that you bring in, we will take care of the rest.
